Your Rhodia driver just happen to be caught in the storm in downtown area, and we saw this grafitti on snow. Despite the frozen wind that keeps the sky dark and the people gloomy, a soul out still manages to keep his heart warm.

Funny that you would call this “graffiti”. We had an artist here in NYC drawing things on the sidewalk with chalk who ended up getting arrested. He was tracing the shadows of bicycles and parking meters and even people, with CHALK–and he was arrested. They didn’t charge him with anything. The police just couldn’t understand what he was doing and they decided it was some type of unclassified hanky-panky. And this was in downtown Manhattan!
