greyish, a tiny bit cream, and brilliant as all get out white.
and Kraft(like the cardboardy color) for drawing. It brings out the creativity in me.
My favorite color to draw/paint on is white.
As far as writing goes, I like to write on all sorts of colors. I love colored pens and colored paper. But for journaling, my preference would be white or the whitest buff/cream there is.
Cream for writing, off white for drawing. (Love the Clairefontaine off white drawing paper) The only time I like a bright white is when I create art using watercolor paints.
Smooth bright white for everyday writing, cream color for personal letters, Hot Press cream watercolor paper. And then there are so many other colors for all kinds of different occasions and Claire Fontaine Pollens for those colors, especially for home made, rubber stamping cards.
No preference except when drawing. I like white for drawing but cream sometimes is nice for a fast monochromatic sketch.
I don’t really draw, but for journaling and notes to myself, I prefer bright white, since I use brightly colored inks. However, I prefer colors for correspondence–light pastels or bright colors seem more festive, and cream seems more formal.
