Rhodia Drive is a blog about Rhodia notebooks and the people who use them. It’s a place where devotees of this “French orange notebook” contribute ideas, experiences and links on the latest tools, events and general notebook-related news.
Rhodia Drive attracts creative people passionate about their Rhodia. Designers and artists, writers and pen collectors, thinkers and free spirits—anyone who loves notebooks—come together on Rhodia Drive.
If you are looking to find a store selling Rhodia pads here’s a place to start.

It’s karma! :-) A couple of hours ago, I offered to send someone several sheets each of Clairefontaine and Rhodia paper, because they had never tried any and were afraid of ordering online without having tried it.
I’ll email my photos separately! :-)
What writing instrument or ink are others using to doodle on their covers? I have doodled on mine and everything just seems to smear away, except Sharpie’s which I don’t use often enough and feel no compulsion to pull out a Sharpie just to doodle on the cover. I just open the pad and doodle with what I have in my hand.
I have however, doodled the logo trees colored them in with a green sharpie and drawn another third one in the middle that reminds me of the Redwood Forest.
I have ONE Rhodia notebook and ONE Clairefontaine notebook. I almost hate to write in them because I don’t have a local source for replacements!
I don’t really doodle on mine (usually the top-bound 6″ x 8″ ones), but rather I tend to do some record keeping there, writing notes about what I have inside.
On the cover?! Perish, perish the thought. Inside, well, that’s a whole different story! As for me and my covers, though, I keep them clean and orange.
On the smooth orange cover of my Webnotebook? Egads, no!
