The Ink Nouveau shop is my current one, I have yet to update my "How a Pen Is Made"! To my defense, my newborn son hasn't exactly freed up a lot of time for me ;) He's well worth it, but not a great workshop helper (yet!). Brian's service is incredible, his prices hard to beat, and his cheerful appreciation of our paper/pen/ink obsession comforting in a world of faceless companies.
