» dotWebbies!!!
Look what showed up in my mailbox today! dotWebbies! These were shipped special from France so Karen & the Exaclair folks would have them for NAMTA, the National Stationery Show and the Book Expo. If you are a retailer visiting one of these trade shows, you will be able to see (and order!) the dotWebbies at that time. Otherwise, it will be a little while until they are available from your favorite US retailers. (Late Spring maybe?) Karen promised I could give a bunch away as soon as she can get her hands on more.
Off-white paper with gray dots.

Exciting! Can’t wait to get one of them.
So very exciting!
Stephanie,
Do you know if these are planned for release in Europe and the UK too, or is this a US only product? I tried looking on the European Clairefontaine web-site but some of the pages won’t translate and my French is appaling. Just wondered if you’d heard anything from your colleagues in France?
Ohmygoodness. Been waiting on these forever now. Never tried dot grid paper before, never tried a Webbie… ohmanohmanohman. Can’t wait.
Will be keeping my eyes peeled for these ‘in the wild’.
I want one very badly.
Everybody say, “holla!”
Do the webbies use the same Clairfontaine paper as the pads?
This is great! Dot pads are amazing!
The Rhodia pads typically use an 80g paper (Rhodia & Clairefontaine are the same.) The new “R” series will contain a 90g Ivory paper – which to me, appears to be the same as is found in the Web Notebooks (Webbies)
Thank you for clarifying that Stephanie. I’ll look out for these. Think I’ll give the Webbies a go too.
Just got both sizes in orange and cannot wait til they arrive! I am so glad i put off buying the blank webnotebooks because these are exactly what I need!
Oh Rhodia and Clairefontaine, why is it to yummy to write on your papers. i get excited just using my XXXF vanishing point on you.
Is it just me, or does anyone else have trouble using dot grid paper? I liked the idea, but my middle-aged eyes have difficulty seeing the dots and my writing is more crooked than if I used blank paper!
