They are great, and hold up well even in a jean pocket. I would love to see the holder for the #11 in real leather or a canvas or nylon.
I bought both the A5 and A6 pad holders.
My own experience has been disappointing.
The pen flap doesn’t fit anything useful and when you do manage to get a pen in there it then crumples the edges of the paper. ???
The bottom slit tolerances are such that it takes careful application to insert or remove a pad. More than should be necessary.
The top slit is for what exactly? I can’t even get the covers to slip into the gap no matter how hard I try.
Given that they are hardly cheap here in the UK, I expected so much more.
Correction, I would like to chnage my experience of them to be rubbish and a complete waste of money.
(I still have both items in otherwise pristine condition of Rhodia would like to make good on their offering).
I use the #11 with the Pad Holder in my back pocket EVERY DAY for the last two years. I have a picture of it, but cannot find a place for where to down load it so you can see the little wear that it has taken on!
I’ve got a couple of covers for #11 pads – a black one with a pen holder and an orange one without.
One of these is always with me – they live in various pockets all the time. I’ve yet to see any significant wear on either of them, except for the little pocket on the inside of the top flap – this tends to stretch a little over time. But this could also be me putting too much stuff in it…

I have never tried one. They look nice and I don’t doubt that they are nice. The regular cover is very sturdy and has lasted being thrown around in my bag for the life of the pad.
They hold up great! I keep one in my back pocket and I’ve never had a moment’s trouble with it. I can’t imagine how awful that little No. 11 would look without it.
I’ve carrying a Leather pad holder of your in my back-pocket for a year now and it still looks great! I recommend the pad holders to anyone that loves your paper and wants to carry a pad of it around in their backpack, pocket, purse or man-bag. Thanks for a great product.
The black #12 holder has been in my bag for nearly a year and doing a good job of protecting the pads. It has stood up well showing no noticable signs of wear.
The pen loop hold a slim diameter pen/pencil ok but I think it would be better without the pen loop.
Using the #18 everyday, overall I like it and it has held up nicely. I like to flip the cover over completely and with the pad cover tucked in the pocket it does not work very well and constantly either comes out or gets stuck. I have gone to tucking the pad cover behind the pad and using the hold as a folio. Also the pen loop is useless, I have thought about removing it but afraid to damage the cover.
I picked up #13 pad holder when we were in Paris this past March. So far I really like it…except for the pen holder seems quite useless.
I would love one for the #16 pad.
