>> (PS: Today is my 2 year anniversary as a non-smoker!)

First, congrats on that!

I try to eat a light breakfast. Either an apple or English muffin with a single egg on it.

Though I can be found at a diner now and then putting away a Western omelet with home fries. ;-)

I've recently learned through my bariatric educator, that we as a people should be eating something every 2.5 hours! I am an overweight person, and as part of our canadian health coverage, they have a government sponsored weight loss clinic. They've taught me the benefits of different foods, when to stop eating (an hour before bed, no matter if it's 10 pm, or 2 am!) and that we should eat that often, to keep our metabolisms constantly moving, and not making the body think it's starving. I'm already down 25 pounds in 4 months! It's not about the weight loss though, but the learning HOW to eat. Sorry to ramble, but I'm feling SO healthy now.
