My preference is Pilot’s Hi-Tec-C (same as Pilot’s G-Tec-C), which doesn’t bleed on anything and comes in many widths, including as small as .28! The finer widths are a great substitute for my always-recalcitrant Rapidograph technical pens.

It’s one of my favorite burgundy inks (and Sakura’s other line, the Gelly Roll, has a nice burgundy, too).
