Terms of Use

Rhodia Drive is welcome to anyone who shares its passion for Rhodia notebooks, the art of writing, and sharing this passion to the community out there. That means you, dear reader, whether you came here on purpose or by accident.

The web is about freedom of speech and expression, and Rhodia Drive encourages participation through comments, suggestions and contributions.

But we also appeal to your sense of responsibility, fairness and propriety by considering the following rules to browse by:

Act as if you are posting under your real name. Speak out, but be considerate when posting a comment or replying to one. All comments are welcome, and posting links relevant to the discussion are held in moderation until the link is verified.

Always assume anyone online can read your entry. Even if deleted, there’s a good chance it’s cached somewhere else, and we don’t want one outburst to hound us forever, do we?

Comments containing the .info or .biz domains are automatically banned. IP address and email are logged but not displayed. Some HTML formatting is allowed.

If you take a photograph and modify it, the fact is, it’s still not yours. If you copy an article, and rearrange it, you are still plagiarizing.

All things considered, we reserve the right to remove posts, comments, remove or ban individuals abusing this privilege.

We could go on, but having made our point, hope that at the end of the day, we’re all here to simply share what we have and learn from the experience.
